Refund from Return – The refund is processed after the item is returned to the warehouse and quality control (QC) is completed.

Refund from Canceled Order – The refund is automatically initiated once the cancellation is successfully processed.
Refund from Failed Delivery – The refund process starts once the item reaches the seller. Please note that this may take additional time depending on your shipping address area.
The product must be unused, clean, undamaged, and free from any defects.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty card, free gifts, invoice, and all accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and intact manufacturer’s packaging/box.
If the product was delivered in salepointbd packaging/box, the same packaging/box must be returned.
Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
It is important to mention the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience or delay in the return process.
